Before I bought a tablet here, I wondered if I could get TV reception on it. So I contacted Mr Google, who confirmed that it would be possible. Naturally you need a tablet with a USB connector, root access, a USB DVB-T stick and most importantly the right drivers. In the following text I will try to describe the procedure how to make the TV work on the tablet. I will try to describe everything in general terms, but you must understand that I only have experience with my tablet and my tuner. Also, I don't want to describe here the tortuous journey to get the right Toolchain to compile the Android PC sources.
